We have just added Remote Support which allows our technicians to take control of your PC across the Internet and fix PC problems anywhere in the world. If your computer is working well enough to connect to the Internet, we can connect to the ailing machine to diagnose and even fix many problems.
There is no special setup required ahead of time. Just come to the SDI website (www.dowlen.net) and click 'Remote Support' in the menu section on the left-hand side of this page. Follow the simple instructions, and a technician will be working for you within minutes!

Coming soon, we will have other great features like offsite backup to our secure FTP server. Our backup program will run on a schedule you select, and will encrypt your data before sending it to our secure sever. Should disaster strike, you will have a backup stored off site and out of danger. SDI Technicians can then upload the backup files to your system for a restore, or we can copy the backup to a portable hard drive for onsite restoration. The backup service will guarantee the safety and security of your data by encrypting the files and storing the completed backup set at the SDI offices.
Pricing will be based on backup set size - $ 30 per month reserves 2 Gigabytes of server space for your backups. Additional 1GB increments are available for $ 10 per month. Paying annual installments will give you two months free! For standard 2GB service, that is a discount of $ 60 per year.
